Rockfish Cottage - Brixham

Received an email with property details, ooh fancy! Free WiFi, so I could post my fabulous pics. Just a short walk to the beach, where I pretended to be a mermaid.

Loved being on a busy road, so tranquil. And the view from the bedroom?

We hebben genoten van onze tijd in de buurt van de kust. Het was geweldig dat we op loopafstand waren van de strandboulevard en het stadscentrum van Vlissingen. Er waren zoveel leuke plekjes om te verkennen en de omgeving was prachtig.

Helaas was er geen airconditioning in de kamer, wat een beetje ongemakkelijk was tijdens de hittegolf. Wat frisse lucht zou een welkome aanvulling zijn geweest.

This place is super cool! The location is mind-blowing, just a few seconds walk to the harbor. Inside the apartment, the decor is jaw-dropping with nice little details everywhere. The owner is so friendly and helpful. Facilities were good and we loved the complimentary gifts. Wi-fi was great, pets allowed, and no smoking on site. an amazing experience!

Although the property was described as a cottage, it felt more like an apartment or flat, as there were occupied floors above us. This took away from the cottage vibe we were expecting.
